This picture is on the home page of The Daily Gazette in Schenectady, New York. There are apparently more photos like it as six people were brought down ladders from a third floor porch on the front side of a burning multi-family home on Monday morning. The fire is being blamed on a 4-year-old playing with matches. One of those rescued and six firefighters suffered minor injuries.
There were water supply problems with a hydrant used by the first arriving companies.
