This is arrival video taken by a citizen at a two-alarm fire In Baltimore, Maryland yesterday afternoon. The fire was at 15 West Biddle Street in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. One of two police officers who rushed into the building to make sure everyone was out suffered smoke inhalation.
