A two-alarm fire at a Willow Glen apartment displaced 17 people Saturday afternoon, the San Jose Fire Department said.

The blaze was reported at 4:29 p.m. at a two-story, six-unit building the 800 block of Delmas Avenue between Fuller and Hull avenues, said Fire Capt. Reggie Williams. Firefighters arrived and found a second-story unit fully engulfed.
