Filmed with the Fire Cam 1080 Fire Helmet Camera™, the 1st incident was an occupied house fire. Upon arrival we had a 1 story brick with fire showing from the rear bedroom. After not being able to make entry in the rear we forced the front door and made a quick knock down. During overhaul, you’ll see us opening windows instead of breaking them. Most of the residents have little money / insurance so we try to minimize damage to the structure if we can. While overhauling, the 2nd due crew with us got dispatched to another house fire on the other end of town. Upon arrival, they had a 2 story vacant fully involved.
