Raw video: Structure fire in Catskill, NY
Raw video from Lance Wheeler of a fire yesterday afternoon (Monday) on Main Street in Catskill, New York (Greene County).
Catskill Assistant Fire Chief Ed Dolan said the basement and first floor of the structure were in flames when he arrived on the scene within a minute of the call going out.
Within 15 minutes, Dolan said firefighters were pulled out of the building and directed to mount an exterior attack only.
A sign on the outside of the building read, “Coming Soon! Sofkuri’s Room – Restaurant, Lounge, Music Venue”.
