This is quite the video. It’s a battle between the crew from Rescue 1122 and a motorcyclist. The version on LiveLeak says it occurred in Pakistan and had this description:
Ambulance blocked by motorbike which wouldn’t move. Ambulance driver then takes it out on the motorcyclist.
