Video & radio traffic from Bucks County, PA house fire

Video above from Lehigh Valley Breaking of a house fire yesterday (Wednesday) in Springfield Township, Pennsylvania (Bucks County). Radio traffic below from Philly FireFeed,

Matt Coughlin, Bucks County Courier Times:

Firefighters rushed to the house on the 1500 block of Quarry Road shortly before 11 a.m. but upon opening the door discovered the floor had already collapsed into the basement.

Bucks county Fire Marshal Mark Kramer said the damage and buildup of flames inside the one-story brick structure was too much for the firefighters to be able to fight from within. For hours, numerous firefighters from Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh counties kept pouring water on the building. At one point, part of the roof collapsed.

Kramer said the homeowner reported that he had been soldering in the basement and something caught fire. Kramer said there was nothing suspicious about the fire and no one was injured. The interior of the home was crowded with “personal effects and property,” Kramer said.
