Listen to 911 call: Two children talk with 911 until rescued from MD house fire

Two children were rescued from a burning house this morning and we have the 911 call where you can hear one child saying they’re going to die.

 

Fox 5s Alexandra Limon went to the home where the 13 year old boy and a 9 year old girl were trapped during a fire.

The 13 year old Called 911 saying they were there was a fire and they couldn’t get out.

The fire happened around 7 am Sunday.

We’re told the The two kids were in a bedroom on the main floor and the fire started at a computer in the basement.

Prince George’s County firefighters say what’s most amazing is how cool and collected the 13 year old remained and was able to give firefighters directions to the bedroom they were in.

Meanwhile threw adults who were also in the house got out on their own before firefighters arrived.

A 13-year-old boy who made a dramatic call to 911 and his 9-year-old sister were rescued from a house fire Sunday morning by Prince George’s County firefighters.

As the boy talked with the 911 operator, he remained remarkably calm and communicative, trying to keep his little sister calm as well.

The kids were trapped on the second floor as the fire burned on the first floor of the home at 9609 Small Drive in Clinton. Three adults had escaped the fire, firefighters say.

As his sister can be heard saying they were going to die, her brother tells her not to say that.
