One cab fire – scores of cameras & few worried about explosions

I know this is no surprise, but this video makes me laugh. In this one three-minute clip by Oskar Oskarowski showing a taxi burning on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, I counted at least 25 people taking pictures or video with their cell phones. Remember, this is just one side of the fire. It’s also amazing that, despite the many small explosions coming from the burning cab, I saw few people move back or even flinch. It seems everyone has turned into a TV news cameraman, focusing on getting the picture despite the hazards.
