Two people jumped from a top floor window to escape an apartment fire today (Tuesday) in Sandy Springs, Georgia into the arms of a two neighbors. It happened at the Morgan’s Landing Apartments off of Rosewell Road.
The first person, a young woman, came out head first. A girl followed, jumping from the same window. The video of the escape to safety came from WXIA-TV in Atlanta.

When 11Alive arrived at the scene, a young woman in a third-floor window was seen screaming for help after breaking the glass. Two neighbors below coaxed her to jump into their arms. Moments later, a second young girl appeared in the window and jumped to safety.
