Caught on video: Head on crash with ambulance

As we’ve learned, it seems most everyone in Russia has a dash-cam. This includes emergency vehicles.

According to the information posted with this video the dash-cam is mounted on an ambulance.

The head-on collision occurred in St. Petersburg. And if the date is correct, this happened on April 16, 2013.
