At 2h am this morning a Mustang type car was involved in a spectacular crash at the corner of Oakwood Ave and Vaughan Rd. After numerous calls to the 911 dispatch center, police and emergency crews found a car laying at the bottom of a 20 feet deep hole. The hole is believed to be part of a construction site of a nearby garage. Upon the fire department’s arrival it was unclear whether people were trapped since no occupant were found at the scene. With the help of a tow truck they lifted the car enough to see underneath it. Parts of the car was in about 2 feet of water. It is believed that the occupant (s) fled the scene before the arrival of the emergency services.
