Despite more than 20-inches of snow (and growing) outside the World Headquarters of STATter911.com, I made it in today to provide you with the latest fire and EMS news. But no need to thank me. Of course, all of us should be thanking the firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, police officers, road crews and others who are braving the East Coast blizzard to serve us (this list should include PIOs and my former news colleagues who are at work bringing us the stories of those trying to keep us safe). Below are some tweets, pictures and videos that caught my eye today showing some interesting scenes in the Washington, DC area. Stay safe and warm.
