Early video & a great picture from a 3-alarm fire in Buffalo

Video, above, and below by Michael Norman from a three-alarm fire yesterday (Monday) in Buffalo, New York. Check out the Facebook post immediately below with some interesting truck position. Glad it wasn’t a stretch limo parked there.

Driver experience at its best. Hope they didn’t need to leave anytime soon.. BFD hard at work!

WIVB-TV:

Just off of Hertel Ave., a three-alarm fire blazed in Buffalo Monday morning.

The fire began on Crestwood Ave. sometime around 10:30 a.m. and caused a total of $540,000 in damage to three homes.

Authorities say high winds played a factor in their fight against the fire. Crews attacked the flames from the air.

The fire was mostly extinguished by 11 a.m., but the roofs of 91 and 95 Crestwood Ave. were destroyed.
