Elyria Firefighters were called to a home on West River Road North Sunday night for a reported structure fire, and the callers believed there might still be children inside of the home. When crews arrived they found heavy smoke showing from the top floor of the home and fire from a front attic window. Firefighters quickly learned that everyone in the home were able to escape the house safely.
