Interesting video posted by Junior Holder taken during a house fire yesterday (Sunday) at 209 E. 2nd Street in O’Kean, Arkansas.
In the video there appears to be only one person on the fireground with anything close to a full set of PPE. No evidence of SCBA being available to these firefighters.
