Saturday morning Allentown firefighters are alerted to a house fire in the 500 blk of N Jordan Street. On arrival they have heavy smoke showing from the front of the home with a fire load to the rear. Crews put multiple lines in service to knock down the flames and truck companies opened up, all searches were negative and the fire was under control in less than an hour.
