The first arriving engine company reported a large two-story abandoned structure, with heavy smoke and fire. Firefighter worked in a offensive interior attack mode, quickly knocking down the flames, during the operation the attic became well involved and the flames so intense firefighters were evacuated and went into defensive mode, preventing the fire from spreading to a nearby structure.
