Another house siren complaint from neighbors — but this one is different

Through the years we’ve run many stories about neighbors complaining about house sirens at volunteer fire departments around the country. This siren complaint story is quite different than any of the previous ones.

In all of the other cases the siren has been sounding decades before the complaining neighbors arrived. In this case the siren is a more recent arrival. Also, this house siren is not on a volunteer firehouse, it’s at a house of worship.
