Caught on camera: Mayday at Delaware apartment fire

At 1:14 in the video above by DigDeeperNetwork you can see and hear a firefighter yelling mayday from the top floor landing to firefighters below during this (Tuesday) morning’s two-alarm apartment fire in Dover, Delaware.

Two firefighters had to be rushed to the hospital after battling a Tuesday morning fire that broke out a three-story apartment complex in Dover.

The fire occurred shortly after 7 a.m. at the complex, located on North DuPont Highway. Two firefighters had to be rescued and taken to Kent General Hospital for unspecified injuries. At one point a young child was seen being carried down a ladder. There is no word yet if anyone else had to be rescued or if there were any other injuries.
