The best we can tell — from doing a Google search and watching the video above — is that Jerry Scarborough used to take a fair number of pictures as a member of the Darlington Volunteer Fire Company in Harford County, Maryland. Department policy apparently now prohibits such picture taking and sharing. That isn’t stopping Jerry Scarborough from keeping the public informed about what happened while his neighbors slept. Quite funny.
