Early video from Indiana’s Wayne Township Fire Department taken at a house fire yesterday (Monday). Here’s the description with the video:
WTFD received a call for a residence fire 11:11 AM today. Battalion 80 arrived on scene reporting fire showing from the B & C sides. Engine 82 and Ladder 82 entered the home, conducting a search and attacking the fire. The fire was under control in 20 minutes. 4 adults and 1 child were home at the time of the fire. 1 female was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The 4 year boy old alerted the sleeping adults about the fire. Investigators believe a faulty baseboard heater started the fire. There were no working smoke alarms in the home. The occupants of the home received help from Wayne Township Victims Assistance.
