The clip above starts with early video from Asher Heimermann of Incident Response that was taken early this (Thursday) morning at an apartment fire in Plymouth, Wisconsin. The fire eventually went to four-alarms.
The evacuation order comes at 3:10 into the video. One person is unaccounted for and three people were hurt. This includes a firefighter with reported minor injuries who slipped and fell at the scene.
