A strange scene Thursday at a service station at 104th and Portland in Tacoma, Washington. Man is in distress as a vehicle burns with what appears to be a screwdriver to his neck and an attempt to apparently douse himself with gasoline. What appears to be a law enforcement type engages the man and then tries unsuccessfully to apprehend him. He gets much needed help from arriving firefighters. One of the firefighters tackles the man and another firefighter assists.
