Looks like a reserve truck from Montgomery County, Maryland is down for the count after a wreck on snowy and icy roads in Frederick County this (Thursday) morning. It was driven by a vendor and there were no serious injuries, according to spokesman Pete Piringer. Piringer confirms there was no one tillering and the back was locked off.
