Teen sleeps it off on highway road sign in CA

Video from LOUDLABS NEWS as police and firefighters rescue a teen who was sleeping it off on display above the 91 Freeway in Riverside, California. Here’s part of the description with the video:

Per the Riverside Police Sgt. the male may have slipped and fell landing onto the Magnolia Ave. exit sign. Riverside City Fire responded to the scene with a ladder truck and CHP Officers used the ladder to gain access to the male. The male was laying on the overpass sign and unresponsive. Freeway traffic was diverted off the 91 freeway West at La Sierra Ave, for about an hour and a half.
