LAFD radio traffic (above) from last (Saturday) evenings fire and explosion at a business that supplies marijuana concentrate. Below is drone footage as the mayday was called. At least 11 firefighters were burned. Further below is a Sunday afternoon update from LAFD’s chief.
As of this morning, 3 @LAFD firefighters have been released from the hospital. 8 still hospitalized, 2 critical, but all are expected to survive. The fire investigation is ongoing & we appreciate the amazing outpouring of support from near & far!
