Extreme pre-arrival video shows earliest stages of Ohio house fire

You may be asking what exactly is “extreme pre-arrival” video? It’s what I am calling video that begins even before the fire starts and captures the earliest stages of the fire — before alarms sound and anyone is even aware there is a fire.

That’s the case with this fire last Monday (January 2) at 4900 Stag Thicket Way in Brunswick Hills, Ohio. The extreme or pre-pre-arrival video was captured by a Nest security camera at the house across the street. It appears to me that you can see some very light smoke above the garage around the 13:00 mark and that is followed a bit later by flickering at the bottom left of the garage.
