Fire crews are working to put out a flames at rehab facility Wednesday evening in Wilburn.
The Cleburne County Sheriff says the fire started around 2 p.m. at the Other Side Rehabilitation.
Authorities believe the fire started in the old gymnasium and believe it was an accidental fire.
