There is often a bit of a stigma attached when you are the new guy and the boss’s son. But how about when you are the son of “The Boss”?

You have to wonder what nickname firefighters at New Jersey’s Colts Neck Fire Department will create for 20-year-old Sam Springsteen now that he has graduated the Firefighter 1 course at the Monmouth County Fire Academy. Springsteen graduated with class 101 a week ago with his father and mother (Patti Scialfa) at the ceremony.

Sam Springsteen will be a member of the Colts Neck Fire Department.Mom Patti Scialfa posted a picture of son Sam in uniform on Instagram with the caption, “My youngest son, Sam, graduated from Monmouth County Fire Academy tonight. #Proud #OurFamilyHero.”
