Early video historic Delaware home burns

Early video above from mcoop221 and later video below from Tom Mitten of a two-alarm fire Wednesday night in a home built in 1871. The house is in the 1400 block of Old Milltown Road in the Wilmington area.

The three-story, brick structure built in 1871 was fully involved in the blaze when crews arrived from Mill Creek Fire Company, said Michael G. Chionchio, assistant state fire marshal.

The building was vacant at the time of the fire, Chionchio said. No other information about the building or its owner was immediately available Thursday night.
