A garage fire quickly spread and engulfed its attached home in flames Monday night in the 5300 block of Coopers Hawk Circle.

A garage fire was reported at 7:20 p.m. The fire had already spread to the house before Harlem-Roscoe firefighters arrived.

Homeowners Dino and Kim Norphy escaped the home without injury.
