Video from Rawlson King of a house fire around 7:00 this morning at 208 Donald Street in Ottawa that left a 57-year-old man with serious burns and smoke inhalation.

CBC News Ottawa:

They found the home fully engulfed in flames and began to battle the blaze.

The fire was under control within about 20 minutes, but not before it damaged one neighbouring home.

One man was making breakfast inside the home when the fire came up from the basement, according to paramedics and firefighters.
