According to the posting on YouTube this video is from Chetumal, Mexico showing citizens and police joining firefighters in breaking through a wall to get to a woman and child. No indication when this occurred. Here’s the description with the videos:
Video of house fire with rescue of elderly woman inside by the neighbors and brave police that helped. They had to knock down the cement wall to get the woman out and then carried her 2 blocks to a nearby clinic for treatment. These men and woman saved her life!
