Pre-arrival video of apartment fire in Quebec

This morning at midnight a fire broke out on the first floor of an apartment building at 1160 Marquette street in Longueuil. A man most likely set fire to his own apartment. Witnesses and neighbors say the man is troubled and he apparently used gas to light up the building. The suspect was arrested on scene and carried away in a Longueuil SPAL police vehicle. Fire fighters controlled the blaze within an hour which was significantly more intense at the arrival then later. At 1h am firemen declared the fire out and the street was re-opened for traffic.
