Pink fire engine overturns
It happened around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 1090 and FM 3084 in Calhoun County. Fire officials said Port Lavaca and Six Mile volunteer fire department responded to the call.
Officials are still investigating what caused the accident. The Pink Heals organization raises awareness about cancer and supports women who are recovering from cancer treatment.

The driver, Victoria firefighter Timothy Dodge was unharmed.
Debbie, however, sustained minor damage and is in need of a new windshield and tires, said Wendell Geigle, firefighter and member of the Guardians of the Ribbon Inc.
The organization doesn’t take in monetary donations, but if someone were to donate new tires, Geigle said he’d gladly accept.
