An investigation is underway to determine how a parked fire truck crashed into a light pole and a car in Phoenix Sunday night.
The fire engine responded to a medical call at an apartment complex at Missouri and 17th avenues around 7 p.m.
Capt. Mark Vanacore with the Phoenix FIre Department said all crew members had exited the fire truck and were in the complex when they heard the crash. They returned to find the truck had hit a light pole and a parked car. The pole fell on the vehicle.
Vanacore said no one was inside the car and no one was injured during the incident.
