Man caught on video struggling with firefighter at major L.A. fire wanted for questioning

INVESTIGATORS RELEASE SURVEILLANCE VIDEO FROM L.A. CONFLAGRATION
The Los Angeles Fire Department Arson/Counter-Terrorism Section and officials from theNational Response Team of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), are requesting the public’s help in identifying two potential witnesses seen in video footage
taken the morning of December 8th, 2014 near a major emergency structure fire at 900 West Temple Street in downtown Los Angeles.
These two individuals are not considered suspects or persons of interest. Investigators have identified them as being in the area of the fire, and merely wish to interview them.

Anyone with information that may assist in identifying these individuals is urged to contact the LAFD Arson Section directly at (213) 893-9850. The LAFD remains committed to using all resources available to help determine the cause of this fire, and has been working closely with the ATF and the Los Angeles Police Department in an ongoing investigation.

In one of the videos released Monday, one of the individuals, clad mostly in black with a black-and-white baseball cap, can be seen appearing to attempt to jump the fence surrounding the burning buildings.
The person is pulled away from the fence by a firefighter in protective gear, the video shows.
The other video appears to be surveillance video and shows an individual walking by in a football jersey with the number “21” on it.
