Caught on video: Citizen’s camera-phone thrown to ground & kicked away by deputy US Marshal

While there are some in public safety who say they would like to do this to citizens who are taking video of their operations, this is probably not a good career move.

This happened in South Gate, California where both the local police and the U.S. Marshals Service say they are investigating the actions of the deputy U.S. Marshal who throws the woman’s phone to the ground and kicks it away.
