Video above and below from firelensman and more video below from LOUDLABS NEWS taken at a fire yesterday (Thursday) showing Los Angeles County firefighters in the early stages of what became a two-alarm fire at a pharmaceutical company in Willowbrook. Here’s some of the description with firelensman’s video:
L.A. County Engine 95 first on scene on the 100 block of West 131st Street in Willowbrook reported fire and smoke in the rear of a one story commercial building. The building at Spring Street and 131st Street reportedly housed a pharmaceutical company. Firefighters quickly laid lines and forced entry into the rear of the structure, encountering heavy smoke conditions. As conditions deteriorated and fire started showing itself from the roof Firefighters were ordered out of the building. Firefighters also encountered arcing power lines dangerously close to transformers on the street side of the structure. A Second Alarm assignment was called in as L.A. County Firefighters went to master streams.
