UPDATE
There is another brief video of yesterday’s bizarre incident involving DC Fire & EMS Department Engine 33 in Southeast Washington. In addition, there are some details about what happened from WTOP.com:
A D.C. Fire and EMS spokesperson says a man jumped onto the top of Engine 33 near the intersection of Alabama Avenue and 7th Street in Southeast Washington. Three men then also jumped onto the truck as the fight escalated.
Two of the men involved in the incident were arrested for simple assault.
Officials say there was some damage to the firetruck, but it is now back in service.

This was posted to Facebook today (Thursday). It’s DC Fire & EMS Department Engine 33. I have seen no official explanation.
But my guess is Engine 33 was stopped at a light in Southeast Washington and a young man being chased jumps into the hose bed for refuge. Unfortunately his attackers followed.
