Ads for escort service show women posing in Atlanta firehouse

Katie Leslie, AJC.com:

Mayor Kasim Reed’s office is investigating the use of an Atlanta fire station for photos reportedly advertising escort services.

The images, which depict multiple women posing provocatively in front of a fire truck and wearing Atlanta Fire Rescue gear, appeared on the website Backpage Georgia, Channel 2 Action News reports.

WAGA-TV:

The photos were part of an online ad appearing to offer escort services. The racy photos show a woman posing in a suggestive manner around fire engines, firefighters’ gear, and other equipment. Markings suggest the photos were taken inside of Atlanta Fire Station 2.

Catherine Beck & Julie Wolfe, WXIA-TV:

AtlantaBackpage.com lists people offering up sexual services. In one photo, a woman is in a bra and leggings with a firefighter’s turnout gear jacket. The misspelled ad with the photo reads, “THE REAL DEAL. Look know further! Satisfaction Guaranteed!” The woman in the photos claims to be 24. In another set of photos, a woman spreads her legs around a siren on the top of a fire truck. “Available Now. Come experience this hottie. CALL NOW!”. She claims to be 22.

Beck tracked down the Fire Captain of the Lakewood station to ask him about the photos. He told Beck and the photojournalist with her to leave the property. He directed their questions to a city spokesperson.
