This is from Clymer, Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
A man doing a fire truck certification test was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital Monday afternoon after he was struck by a ladder at the Clymer Fire Department, the fire chief said.
Chief Mike Aikens said a rigger that supports the truck broke about 2:35 p.m., causing the ladder to fall on the man.
