What appears to be early video above from Blackplastic taken yesterday (Thursday) evening during a deadly three-alarm apartment fire New Year’s Eve in Everett, Washington. The fire occurred in The Bluffs apartments on West Casino Road. More video below from Blackplastic, Shane Davis,
Everett Fire Department spokesman Eric Hicks said the fire spread quickly to about half of the 100-unit apartment complex at 2 West Casino Road.
At least one person was in critical condition. The injured included an adult and a child, who were taken to the hospital.
