We now have a second video (below) from the fire Saturday at an apartment on Schooley Avenue in Exeter, Pennsylvania (Luzerne County). (Click here for the previous video and earlier coverage.)
This video starts earlier and shows the initial attack by three people dressed in civilian attire. They are then relieved by a firefighter in gear whose helmet-cam recorded the event.
As suspected, the people on the lines have some firefighting experience. They are described in a number of posts as off-duty firefighters/good Samaritans who helped out.
Not the best quality, fire at 500 schooley apts yesterday afternoon in Exeter. Apt was vacant at the time. Thank you to everyone from fire police to truck company.
