Raw video: Erie, PA warehouse fire – citizens stretch supply line

Thanks to Ian Enterline for sending along these videos from this (Monday) afternoon’s warehouse fire in Erie, Pennsylvania. The first video below shows a firefighter recruiting the neighbors to help stretch some LDH.

Firefighters continue to work to contain a fire burning in an industrial building at 1336 W. 20th. At least two homes are threatened by flames that have destroyed the former Nu Tek Plastics. Co. More recently, the property was sold in 2003 to El Grande Enterprises.

One neighbor said she believed the building was being used to store mattresses. She told officials today she believes homeless people might have been staying in the building.
