Apartment fire in San Diego — early video

Early video, above, from SoCal CodeThree taken during an apartment fire yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon in the 4100 block of 48th Street in San Diego, California.

Two families were displaced and a pet was killed after an apartment caught on fire in City Heights Tuesday, according to the San Diego Fire Department (SDFD).

Captain Joe Amador from the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department says firefighters were able to knock down the fire in about 15 minutes.

According to Captain Amador, the upstairs unit sustained heavy damage and two adults living there were displaced. The first floor unit also had some fire damage and Two adults and two children were displaced.
