Los Angeles firefighters tore apart pieces of a park bench in an effort to free a man from a delicate predickament (so sorry, I am just not a good speller … and on top of that I have the maturity level of a pre-teen).
According to LOUDLABS NEWS this incident happened in Hollywood (go figure). An ambulance crew called for a truck company to handle the extrication (but aren’t the engine companies where you will find the hose experts?).
Do you think the fire line tape is a safety precaution to keep anyone from sitting on the bench or is it just a way to say “not tonight I have a headache” for anyone else with the same idea?

after almost 20 minutes, they were able to free the man using dish soap and extrication tools,as they were forced to cut away part of the heavy metal bus bench. The victim was treated and transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
