Early video from a fire at an apartment building in China.
The fire involved what appear to be two small propane tanks. One firefighter takes one of the tanks, still on fire, down five flights of stairs to the street.
This seems to be a standard technique in China. Below is an image from a June, 2014 video, the second one I posted that month.
