East Lampeter Township police said a residential propane tank explosion is responsible for traffic delays on Route 30 near Ronks Road.

At around 12:10 p.m., fire and rescue crews were dispatched to the explosion on the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East. The explosion caused the house to collapse and the building has been deemed structurally unsafe.

Two adults in the home at the time of the explosion escaped the incident unharmed.
